About The Hill BMX Elgin
New beginner league starting in April. Join us for our FREE Give It A Try open house on April 29th 2026! Did you know, The Hill BMX (Elgin BMX) ranked in the top 10% of the tracks in our region, and hosted our first Illinois State Final in 2025, AND WE ARE DOING IT AGAIN IN 2026! We couldn't have done it without you all and we are thankful for your support.
Big things are coming this year. We hope to see some major improvements to the grounds around the track. It takes the efforts of hard working and dedicated volunteers to bring this BMX Program to our families. If you have a talent you think will help us, please reach out!

Great track. Lots of fun, friendly staff and they have a loaner program. Races on Wednesday’s Saturdays from spring to fall. Their is also a beginners league where they coach kids new to BMX racing. Bring your kids they will have a lot of fun. Knee and elbow pads are highly recommended. A helmet is required. Full face helmet is desired. The do have some loaner helmets and bikes. Check their Facebook page for updates.
